Mobile Digital Movie Theatre (MDMT) is a container mounted on wheels to carry all equipment and accessories required to set up a theatre. These include:
- Acoustics Enabled Inflated Enclosure (AEIE) tent sized 60 Feet (L) x 30 Feet (W) x 15Feet (H), and can sufficiently seat 120-180 people.
- Storage enclosure for carrying powerful 5.1/7.1 Dolby sound system and a 24x10 feet foldable movie screen
- Hi-definition projector room
- Booking office
- Genset for supplying power, where needed
- Air conditioning unit
- Personal storage and beds for staff during transit.
- Fully air-conditioned.
- Optional LED screens which can be used for advertisements.
- A refrigerator – If needed it can also be used to transport medicines/vaccines to remote areas.
- A foldable bed and a washroom cum toilet for the projectionist.
MDMT Models
Fixed
While the fixed units are indeed portable,they require a five-day period for complete assembly into a fully functional theatre.Additionally, four distinct permissions are necessary for the setup of fixed MDMT unit.
Mobile
Cinema units can be mantled and dismantled in 2.5 hours only 3 permissions are required for mobile units.Mobile units can be dismantled at any time for movement.
